By accessing or using YourPayBot (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
YourPayBot provides automated payroll and tax treaty determination tools designed to support compliance workflows and document preparation.
No legal/tax advice: YourPayBot is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Outputs are informational and must be reviewed by the user and/or their organization.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to provide the information you submit to the Service.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you provide.
- You are responsible for reviewing outputs before submitting forms to any institution or authority.
- You will not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to misrepresent facts.
5. Supported Forms and Outputs
The Service may support evaluation and document-preparation workflows for:
- IRS Form 8233
- IRS Form W-8BEN
- W-4 fallback recommendations where applicable
6. No Guarantee of Outcomes
We do not guarantee that any output will be accepted by the IRS, an employer, or an institution. Final decisions are made by withholding agents and relevant authorities.
7. Data Handling and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Payments and Refunds
Paid features may be offered as one-time purchases or subscriptions. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable once a determination or document is generated.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its logic frameworks, content, and branding, is owned by YourPayBot. You may use generated outputs for their intended compliance workflow purpose, but you may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourPayBot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the prior 12 months.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
